What is KETO?

Ketogenic (keto) Diet

If you are an older woman seeking to lose weight and improve your health, and nothing else has worked? Well, the ketogenic (keto) diet may be for you. We have found when you add intermittent fasting to the keto food plan, it will greatly improve your benefits. You will sleep better, feel better, possibly change meds AND lose the weight you never thought you would lose. Your metabolism will handle the keto foods and the S.A.D. (standard American diet) can be left behind forever. It begins with no grains and no sugars and you can dive even deeper with new healthy habits and food choices. Come join us older women and hear us ROAR with praise of the keto food plan AND intermittent fasting.
