Intermittent Fasting

Keto food plan - a keto food plan is a diet high in healthy fats, moderate in protein and low carbohydrates (mostly from non- starchy vegetables). Intermittent Fasting - This is a cycle of not eating for a minimum of 12 hours, with an eating window to follow. It is suggested one, ideally, work towards an IF of 19-20 hours with an eating window of 4-5 hours.
